Experience Required:-Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in this domain
-Must have experience in the full life cycle of recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, technical queries, closing of candidates, and responsibilities till joining of candidates).
-Must have strong experience in all sorts of search criteria available on job boards like Prohires, Zip Recruiter, Indeed, Tech Fetch, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.
-Must have an understanding of the strategy development process, which includes understanding the client requirements and mapping the relevant targets.
-Must have the ability to build strong relationships with the candidates and build trust.
-Must have excellent interpersonal communication skills. -Must have exceptional negotiation skills. -Must have a knack for learning and staying up-to-date with new technologies. Should be well aware of tax terms and US visas. Should have good communication skills.
